Today's workout will incorporate our newest movement, the KB march. Focus on flowing each movement into the next. Be ready to make quick transitions with the KB. Hold the KB in the front rack position for the squats. All you need is a little space and time and 1 KB.
Try to rest only between rounds. Try for 5 rounds.
