Clean It Up
Today we will train the most recently added movement, the DB clean. If you only have KBs, you may substitute with those. The intricacies of the KB clean will be covered soon.
4 Rounds:
10 DB Cleans (or 5 each side if using 1 DB)
10 DB Pull-throughs
10 Alternating side lunges
25 Sit-ups
