Ab-dominal Snowman
Today we have a full-body workout with an emphasis on the abs. It is summer after all. Visualize a snowman and a snowy landscape during this to help endure the heat!
We will start with a med ball slam, picking the ball up with a straight back, pressing it overhead, and slamming it down. Next, we move into standing wood-chops, where we will think about chopping wood for a fireplace. We will follow up with kettlebell swings, sit-ups, and a 30-second bear crawl. Think about a polar bear.
You will need a medicine ball and a kettlebell or dumbbell.
15 Med Ball Slams
10 Standing Wood Chops (5 right side & 5 left side)
15 KB Swings
20 Sit-ups
30-second Bear Crawl
