"Farmer Strong"
Today we will incorporate the Farmer's Carry into our workout. For details on any of these movements, refer back to previous blog posts. You will need 2 dumbbells (DB) or kettlebells (KB). If you only have 1 available, just switch sides during the deadlifts (DL) and Farmer's Carry (FC) each round. It would be best to use KBs to strengthen grip, especially for the KB swings, but you could grasp 1 end of a DB and swing with that.
You will be doing 3 minutes of work and resting for 1 minute. Once your minute of rest is finished, pick up where you left off in the workout and work for another 3 minutes... and so on.
Try for 5 rounds of work.

10 KB Swings
