"Chop Them Down"
Today we will incorporate Monday's new movement, the standing wood chop, into our workout. If you are new to this movement, refer to Monday's post for details. Get comfortable performing stage 1 of the wood chop before progressing to stages 2 and 3.
You can use a med ball, dumbbell, or kettlebell for these movements. Remember to warm up to the weight you will use and get ready to work your core! Try for 5 rounds.
10 Wood Chops - Right
10 Wood Chops - Left
30 KB Swings
15 Goblet Squats
10 OH Presses - Right
10 OH Presses - Left
