"Kettlebell Hell"

To quote Lauryn Hill, "Everything is Everything." So today we are refreshing our muscle memory by practicing all of the movements I have covered so far. Refer back to the Movement Monday blogs for details on movements you are unfamiliar with.

Ideally, you will use a kettlebell for this workout, but you can substitute a dumbbell or medicine ball if needed.

Start with KB positioned between your feet for KB deadlifts (DL).

5 KB DL

KB goblet squat into 1 Left Halo & 1 Right Halo (5X)

KB goblet squat into 2-handed KB overhead press (5X)

5 KB Swings

10 Russian Twists

20-seconds Bear Crawls

Warm up these movements using light KB weights until you reach a weight that is challenging for these reps. This is meant to be a fast-paced metabolic workout, so don't go too heavy. Use the bear crawls to recover.

Try for 4-5 rounds!
