"Dumbell Disco"
5 Rounds for time:
15 DB Deadlifts
10 Shoulder presses
20 Russian Twists
Ideally you will use 2 Dumbbells for this workout. If you only have 1 DB, alternate sides each round. Remember to warm up to the weight you will use for the workout. Choose a weight that is challenging at the number of reps you are doing. As always, reduce the weight and reps as needed. Refer to previous posts for specifics on techniques.
