Surrenders


Today we have surrenders. You will need a mat or something soft to kneel onto. Start by standing with your feet hip width apart. Place your hands behind your head as if you are being arrested! Slowly kneel down onto your knees 1 at a time and then stand back up. Alternate the leg that you initiate kneeling and standing with. For more of a challenge, add weight. You may use DBs, KBs, a medicine ball, or sandbag, etc. Look for surrenders in Wednesday's workout...
