Overhead Kettlebell Marches
Last week we covered the front rack KB march. This week we are working on shoulder strength while marching and we will move the KB from the front rack position to holding the KB overhead. Press the KB overhead and alternate lifting knees high in a stationary march. You may want to hold the KB in a bottom-up position for more of a challenge.
