Bear Crawl


Today's movement is the bear crawl. This is a full body exercise that needs no equipment and can be done anywhere. Start from a push up position with hands and feet shoulder width apart and with bent knees. Move your right hand and left leg forward together and then the left hand and right leg. Continue forward while alternating limbs. For more of a hamstring stretch, try crawling with straightened legs. For more of a challenge, try crawling forward and then backward. You can even add in pushups during the bear crawl if you are ready!
