Front Rack Kettlebell March

Today's movement introduces kettlebell (KB) marches to our featured exercise movements. There are several ways to march with a kettlebell, and the front-racked position is a good starting point. It can be done with either 1 or 2 KBs and is easy to work into a KB flow between KB cleans and KB presses.

The KB march will improve core stability and strengthen grip. Bring the KB up to a front rack position at your shoulder and march in place. Resist the urge to lean or round the back. Keep your spine neutral and keep the shoulders parallel to the ground.

Look for this movement in Wednesday's workout.
